Cette pièce est un clin d’œil, ou plutôt un coup de langue malicieux, à l’Eros qui réside en chaque rhino. Elle a constitué un petit défi en soi, de par ses dimensions et sa cuisson. Il a fallu construire un four creusé dans la terre pour pouvoir l’enfumer et rendre la texture cuirassée de sa peau. Une bête sauvage à manipuler avec délicatesse…

This piece is a nod, or rather a mischievous lick, to the Eros that resides in every rhino. It was a bit of a challenge in itself, due to its dimensions and firing. It was necessary to build an oven dug into the earth to be able to smoke it and render the armored texture of its skin. A wild beast to be handled with delicacy…
